PM Modi is scheduled to deliver a virtual address to the nation today, October 7, marking a quarter-century of continuous public service and governance. To commemorate this historic milestone, the Gujarat unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party is organizing the Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra state-wide, combining public outreach with social service initiatives across key districts.
The Yatra features dedicated gatherings at religious and cultural landmarks, including Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi participating at Shri Vardayini Mataji Temple in Rupal village. State BJP General Secretaries Aniruddh Dave, Prashant Korat, Ajay Brahmbhatt, and Hitendrasinh Chouhan are leading events in Rajkot, Surat, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara, joined by local ministers, party workers, and citizens.
Where Is PM Modi Ending Seva Sankalp Yatra?
Kicking off on September 17, the nationwide Seva Sankalp Yatra culminates at Vadnagar, Gujarat, and Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Celebrating PM Modi’s 25 years in public life, the Vadnagar program features a ceremonial water offering at the historic Hatkeshwar Mahadev Temple. Key leaders in attendance include Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, West Bengal BJP Leader Suvendu Adhikari, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Yatra in-charge V.D. Sharma.
Across multiple venues, youth volunteers and party members are conducting social welfare drives focusing on tree plantation, cleanliness campaigns, water conservation efforts, cow service, and support programs at old-age homes. Party leaders highlight these developmental and community outreach initiatives as a reflection of PM Modi’s governance model.
