A petition challenged the permission granted for early screenings and the enhanced ticket prices. During the hearing, the court directed the petitioner’s counsel to serve copies of the petition papers on the producer and other interested parties. Since no stay was granted, the scheduled premiere shows can continue.
The Paradise Gains Momentum Before Release
The Paradise is directed by Srikanth Odela and stars Nani in the lead. The film is produced by SLV Cinemas and is positioned as a pan-Indian action drama. Its September 24 release has been reaffirmed by the makers after earlier speculation about a delay.
The latest court development adds another important talking point to the film’s promotional campaign. Special premieres allow audiences to watch the movie before its regular release, while social media discussions are expected to increase as early reactions emerge.
According to the report, the makers are targeting a combined gross of more than ₹50 crore from premieres and Day 1. The report notes that achieving that figure would represent the biggest opening of Nani’s career.
