Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Bomma Mahesh Kumar Goud confirmed that Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy was promised a ministerial berth by the party high command. Clarifying that political equations caused the delay, Goud emphasized the need for patience in politics. He projected that all internal party issues, leader grievances, nominated posts, and cabinet reshuffles will be resolved by September.

During an informal media interaction, Mahesh Kumar Goud confirmed that the party leadership had indeed promised a ministerial berth to Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy. Goud explained that shifting political equations had delayed the appointment, advising leaders to exercise patience. He added that Congress operates with internal freedom of expression, but party discipline remains essential.

TPCC Chief expressed confidence to address all issues by September:

Goud expressed confidence that all internal grievances, pending nominated posts, and party restructuring will be addressed by September. He indicated that a potential cabinet reshuffle could take place during the month, which would address internal disagreements and balance party representation across regions. He stated that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will make the final decision regarding cabinet changes.

Responding to recent internal disputes, including issues concerning Minister Konda Surekha and leader Chinna Reddy, Goud stated that the Congress High Command is reviewing reports and taking necessary action. He reiterated his neutral role as TPCC Chief, focusing on coordinating between the state government and party cadres to maintain organizational unity.
